We have opportunities for artists to come here and create site specific installations. This could be as simple as a mural on the wall of the main house or as complicated as a large permanent outdoor sculpture. We will pay for all materials and give you a stipend for your work.

Proposals will be accepted from former residents who have an established relationship to the land and have a specific project in mind.

In the future, proposals will also be accepted from established installation artists whose body of work is consistent with our residency vibe.

Your proposal must contain an expected budget and realistic time-frame. If your proposal is accepted you will get free room and board, a stipend, and a contract outlining fair use of the work.
