ephemeral communities that arise with each session, coalesce, and then dissipate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We offer our space to people serious about exploring their work and their process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We gather people here to explore questions about the nature of our lives <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We value the ability to create community within each cohort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We expect that people come here to work, research, or explore their practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We believe in downtime, social time, and community events but in <strong>moderation<\/strong> and not to the exclusion of getting your own work done\/disturbing the work of others, or the vibe of the cohort as a whole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not your work from home office <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not an institution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not a large anonymous space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We value your explorations of the local area as part of your process, or as needed downtime to refresh- <strong>BUT<\/strong> we are not your home base for daily excursions to town, the bars, your friends house
